Our firm started out of our belief that every growing company needed a CFO in their back pocket to arm hungry entrepreneurs with insights that help them take their business to the next level.
Founded in 2020 by Morné Roets a Chartered Accountant who amassed 16+ years of experience working with various respected companies across the country, we use the knowledge we’ve gained to help you grow your business.
And while we love numbers, there’s a ton of other things our team is passionate about, you can be sure you’ll be signing up with a well-rounded team that you’ll enjoy working with.

Morné obtained both his BCom degree and BCom (Hons) degree in tax and accounting at the North West University Potchefstroom campus before completing his articles at Baker Tilly Greenwoods in Cape Town. Morné is a registered Chartered Accountant and tax practitioner with over 16 years’ experience in a variety of roles in both industry and practice.
When he is not busy helping his clients grow their business’, he likes to spend time with his wife Mari and daughter Elouise or restoring, maintaining, and driving classic cars.

Teresa obtained both her Bcom degree and BCom(Hons) degree in Tax and accounting at UNISA, whilst completing her SAICA articles. As a Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of experience in tax, auditing and accounting, Teresa knows her way around the various aspects of the industry.
She is creative and loves attention to detail. She lives by the words of Francis Atterbury: “It is attention to detail that makes the difference between average and Stunning!

Jolize is a newly qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) who brings a calm, practical approach to her work. She assists clients with compliance, tax matters, the preparation of financial statements, as well as broader financial support where needed. She focuses on accuracy, clarity, and making complex financial information easier to understand and use.
After hours of reconciling and reporting, she enjoys crocheting, going to the gym, spending time in the garden, and hosting friends.
Jolize Kleingeld CA(SA)
Accountant
Stephan joined Centss after completing his SAICA articles. An AGA(SA), he is a natural problem-solver who enjoys untangling complex tax issues and optimising accounting workflows. A dedicated researcher, he stays up-to-date on tech and legislation to deliver efficient, modern systems, and is currently pursuing his CA Honours.
Outside work, Stephan maintains a disciplined fitness routine, loves cycling, and enjoys researching various topics or gaming on the Nintendo Switch. He values quality time with his fiancé, Suné, balancing his professional drive with a grounded personal life.

Accountant & Accounting Technology Coordinator
Ria obtained her BCom degree in Financial Accountancy at the North-West University and is a registered Professional Accountant with SAIPA. She has a strong foundation in accounting, with hands-on experience across day-to-day accounting functions, reporting, and compliance.
Outside of work, Ria has a big love for animals and enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones. She especially appreciates being outdoors, whether it’s camping, fishing, or simply enjoying nature.

Nadia’s hands-on experience in the accounting industry for over 13 years has made her proficient in all aspects of our trade including debtors, creditors, tax and compiling of Financial Statements.
When she is not balancing the debits and credits she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and a good braai with family and friends.

Shani obtained her BA Human Movement Science Degree and B (Hons) Biokinetics at the University of Pretoria before branching out into the world of payroll and accounting.
When she is not busy submitting payroll recons to SARS she enjoys spending time with her husband Renaldo and furry children, running, swimming, exercising and being outdoors.

Payroll Specialist
Igna is a bookkeeper with more than 23 years of experience, having worked with various accountants and auditors. She has developed strong expertise in creditor reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and VAT and PAYE reconciliations, among other accounting functions.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and family. She is also an avid Formula 1 fan, fascinated by fast cars, and enjoys sharing a braai with friends and family.
Igna Lategan
Finance & Administration Assistant
Celia earned her Honours in Industrial Sociology from Potchefstroom University. For the past 20 years, she has built extensive accounting experience, covering debtors, creditors, payroll, bookkeeping, and SARS compliance.
Outside work, Celia is a devoted mother who enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors. Family and loved ones remain the most important part of her life.
