- First things first. We’ll take a look at your company shareholder structure, and advise on getting the right agreements in place.
- Now, to analyse and handle your tax. We want you to pay the least amount possible whilst being fully compliant.
- Next we’ll go through any existing accounting software you are using to align it with our software.
- Finally, we’ll set up your financial controls and procedures for the win.
- We’ll do all your bookkeeping. If you have an in-house bookkeeper, we’ll work with them to review and help with any technical entries.
- We’ll draft and sign-off the financial statements, and if you need an Independent Review or Audit, we can connect you to the right people.
- We’ll submit your tax returns including provisional and income tax returns, VAT returns, payroll-related returns and more.
- We’ll complete any CIPC returns needed.
- We’ll guide you with financial analysis and advisory to help you make sense of the numbers.
